The least effective offers in our experience are percentage-based offers since most people want to know immediately what the discount will be. How can I tell if my coupon is working? Printed coupons: You can request the customer present you with the printed coupon for you to keep and keep track the qty of coupons your customers have used. Mobile device coupons: You may keep a simple daily tally of the number of customers that walk-in and use the coupons found on this website when they present it on their mobile device. At the end of the coupon expiration date, add all the times customers used our online coupons found here on SGV COUPONS and combine them with the times customers used the printed SGV COUPONS. Online coupons: If you sell online, you can surely track your coupons via your online shopping cart if you use a coupon code based/created from your online store shopping cart. Can I put a coupon code for online orders on my coupon? Yes, we can also include an online coupon code on your coupon. You will have to create this coupon code using your online shop merchant account / shopping cart app, and supply us with the coupon code so we can print it on the coupon. Can I advertise in other cities coupons? Yes! Every time we do a mailing, we send out approximately 5000 coupon sheets total. Sometimes, we will split this in half (2500 sheets) per city and we mail out to 2 different cities that are close to each other. This means that sometimes, your coupon will appear in 2 cities mailings. The decision on splitting the mailing is solely at the discretion of SGV Coupons and its affiliates and you will be notified of which city or cities your coupon will go on at the time you place your advertising coupon order. If I pay for a coupon space on the mailing, how many times will my coupon be mailed out? We print and mail out approximately 5000 coupon sheets once per paid coupon space. If you have multiple coupons on the same sheet, the sheet count will still only be approximately 5000 sheets, but your coupons will take up more real estate on each sheet since you are buying more coupon spaces. We also place those same coupons here on this website's coupon section for up to 90 days. This allows easy and immediate access to anyone that has a mobile device from anywhere in the world, at any time they would like to download the coupon for use in your store or for the services you provide. How long will my coupon be displayed online? Online coupons can be displayed up to 90 days before they are taken down. YOU have the choice to do 30, 60 or 90 days for the same price. The day count will reflect the EXPIRATION DATE on your coupon which means if your coupon expires in 30 days, your coupon will be removed from this website after the 30 days. How do I accept or redeem coupons from customers? There are 2 ways to accept/redeem coupons from your customers:  Via MOBILE DEVICE - Customers can easily display a screen-shot or image of the coupon on their mobile device. You have the choice to either set your coupon up with a QR code that you can scan (if you have this capability in your POS Point-Of-Sale system), or have an alpha-numeric Code you can easily type into your POS, or you can simply be presented with the coupon image and accept it visually. Via PRINTED COUPON - Customers can give you a cut-out coupon from the mailer we send out or they can print their own on their own printer (color or black & white) and give it to you at the time they are paying for their order. You have the choice to either set your coupon up with a QR code that you can scan (if you have this capability in your POS Point-Of-Sale system), or have an alpha-numeric Code you can easily type into your POS, or you can simply be presented with the printed coupon and accept it in its physical form.
